Shipping policy

All Layt-E merch is made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Here's what you need to know before your order hits the streets.

 Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the move.

Shipping Estimates
Delivery times vary by location:

- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days  
- Europe: 7–14 business days  
- USA & International: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

We occasionally offer **free shipping promotions**, which will be clearly marked on the site.

Tracking Info
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it in real time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email us within 30 days of the delivery date at laytebusiness@gmail.com

Include your order number and any supporting photos. We'll work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:

- Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria  
- Other regions may be restricted due to local laws or carrier limitations

If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund.
