Refund & Returns Policy

We want every piece of Layt-E merch to land fresh and flawless. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Personal preference

Please double-check sizing guides before ordering.

Refunds & Replacements
We’ll gladly refund or replace items if:
- They arrive damaged
- There’s a printing or manufacturing error
- The wrong item was sent
- The package was lost in transit

To report an issue:
1. Email laytebusiness@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery

2. Include your order number and clear photos if applicable
3. We’ll review and confirm whether a refund or replacement will be issued

Printful handles our production and fulfillment. We’ll work directly with them to resolve eligible claims quickly.
